This Page describes how a Themis Balance user may delete personal data from the Themis Balance app.
Deleting data is an irreversible action. Once data is deleted from our servers there will be no way to retrieve it.
Since user personal data is intertwined with other users in the context of a household, there's no support for removing a single user personal data. The removal is on a household level and spans all user activity associated with that household.
However, we may agree at our own discretion upon request to duplicate the household without said user.
Household record contain the history and present state of a household. For example, transactions history, budget planning etc.
A household without users will eventually be removed from the system, after a grace period that accounts for human errors.
The household owner (usually the user who created the household) can remove all users and then leave the household from the "Settings" screen. Upon leaving, a warning notification will note that an empty household will be eventually removed.
Please note that a household owner cannot be removed by other users
